Great ad Nick.I missed all the Exorcist first run crowds.Wasn’t in the business then even though Bill swears i was working. First and only big flick i worked was “JAWS” Going to watch Clint now,It is his birthday.
Nick, you also sent be a copy of those glasses on your story{book} you wrote on the RITZ. You get TISLOEWS address and we will mail him my NATIONAL HILLS BOOK and your RITZ book for the one low price of $10.95.LOL. Yep, it is Clint’s Birthday he is on TCM all day. Special of his career at 10 pm I think.
You know there comes a lot of baggage living in such a large city,Crime,Traffic,Taxes and so many other things, but just looking at all the L.A.theatres,Drive-ins and walk-ins you guys really have it made with so many wonderful places to visit.I wouldn’t trade Georgia for it,but just for a week or so i could be quite happy.
Well,my old twin theatre is half church and half music store. I wish they would have just torn the darn thing down.My poster frames are still on the front of the building!
Wow, a theatre where change overs are actually made. It parked 350 cars in the late 50’s and was owned by HANNA THEATRE SERVICE which owned quite a few screens in that state.
Nick,Thanks so much for doing this for me.You don’t know how happy it makes me. I couldn’t attend the FRIENDS OF THE MILLER. I didn’t even have enough for child support or car insurance, but a check for a show i worked came in Saturday, while typing this BANK OF AMERICA calls on a holiday looking for money. Can you believe it. I hope to make an event for the FRIENDS OF THE MILLER,I have some items to give them, just didn’t have that extra 25.00.I am so glad Rochelle understood. Thanks again.Tlsloews wants you to print my DR.PHIBES one sheet on that CT site. I guess i will be mailing you a picture down. Thanks so much.
I do have pictures, hopefully they will be on CT.
Any help would be great.

Yes, you’re right.they played your state didn’t they?
You are right Stan. I have been watching myself.Guess i am just too big a fanatic of 2001.
Thanks Nick.
Great looking Drive-in.HAPPY BIRTHDAY CLINT EASTWOOD.sure you put a lot of cars on that large Texas lot.
Well, guys did it reopen or is there a Wal-Mart there?
I have a Knox Drive-in in Salida in 1956 parking 350 cars and owned by Knox Theatre Inc.
It is listed in the 1956 Motion picture almanac, but tells nothing on how many cars could park or who owned it back in the 50’s.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY CLINT EASTWOOD,I know you filled that lot quite a bit.

Happy Birthday Clint Eastwood. You made my holiday season when we picked “THE ENFORCER” up from THE IMPERIAL. Dirty Harry played COLUMBIA County!
Happy Birthday CLINT EASTWOOD.I know alot of your movies did not play here, but “COOGAN’S BLUFF” rated M,did.
On that above picture,ONE of our YOUNG stagehands saw the picture taped in the union room and he thought THE BEATLES played Augusta.

In 1956 it parked 300 CARS and was owned by E.C.White.
Not as pretty as the IMPERIAL in Augusta.
