Cineworld, The Empire, Leicester Square - LED Modules on Rear Wall of IMAX Auditorium.

These modules are concealed within a black extrusion and illuminate down behind all rows of the IMAX auditorum, in spaced groups each of red, green and blue sections.

These appear to be rigid modules, and it looks on-board current regulation is incorporated, so they are not to be confused with “bargain-basement” LED “tape.”
