Display advert for Marb-L-Cote. Bryan’s Adamanta (an anagram of the three Directors names)were based at Francis Street, Birmingham. The firm supplied many new cinemas with various internal decorations. Their Head Artist George W. Legg carried out a monumental task of designing and painting vast murals for the Plaza Southsea in 1927 depicting great scenes from the Italian Renaissance, as part of his interior decorative scheme at the Plaza.
