The largest of all the original production sets for The Rocky Horror Show, spanning a room that held 900. The theatre capacity was over 2000, but much of the actual auditorium lay behind the set.

Limiting the performance space to a smaller area (900 seats) may have been a strategy to create intimacy, making the audience feel like they were part of the performance, something that is very important to the style of this play. PolyTrack
