CHELSEA MILE-STONES IN HISTORY - Gregory Peck & the director Stanley Kramer at Frankston train station. Peck was filming the 1959 movie “On The Beach”. The movie was a great boost to the area as it brought many weekend sightseers to Frankston & Chelsea.
