Photograph of the Angel Hotel which was demolished for the new Regal Cinema to be built.The Regal was one of two cinemas built for Maurice Prince (1899 - 1991) the other was the Strand Cinema Bideford the following year opening July 1938. Bideford Strand cinema was named after the are in which the Regal Barnstable was built.
