That’s the architectural plans for the Audubon Hotel at a final count of 8 floors and no hotel rooms within - down a bit from 15-floors as proposed and full of hotel rooms just a few years prior… and down from 12-floors in a revised plan… as money tightened considerably. It would be the Audubon Building and it would house the Columbia Theater for about five years at its corner.
