We visited Los Angeles in the nineties and stopped by Muscle Beach in Venice Beach. The newspaper ad could have better promoted the movie by mentioning that (Little) Stevie Wonder had a cameo, especially since Little Stevie, the previous year had a number one hit with “Fingertips -Pt 2.” The film, of course, stars Frankie Avalon and the second feature stars Cliff Richard, two of the biggest pop rock stars of the late fifties and early sixties. Maybe, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame would be gracious enough to induct them in the institute for their contributions in popularizing the rock film. Any way, Stevie Wonder has been justly included as a member in the Cleveland, Ohio based site. Source: Columbus Dispatch, May 29, 1964
