THE MAJESTIC THEATRE - Adelaide has reason to feel proud of the addition to its places of amusement and its architecture which has been consummated by the completion of the Majestic Theatre. The site occupied by it is that of the old Tivoli Theatre — and prior to that other equally popular houses of entertainment in King William street, the management claims that the building is one of the most palatial of the kind in the Commonwealth.

The theatre was opened in auspicious circumstances on Saturday. No expense has been spared by the directors of Majestic Amusements, Limited (Messrs. E. Rofe, B. Lennon, B. Sayers, A. McEwan, and Ben.J. Fuller), in erecting the place on the most modern lines, and the general result attained is exceedingly gratifying.
