The demolition of the Metropolitan Music Hall, London.
The theatre opened in 1862 - Architect Edward Clark. Walter Emden made alterations in 1880. Frank Matcham 1897 auditorium (as per the photograph). Demolished 1963. - Notes by Joanna Blatchley.
