The Regent Theatre quickly became one of Geelong’s most prestigious entertainment venues. Designed by renowned architects Ballantyne & Wilson, the building is a standout example of Art Deco and Classical Revival architecture, known for its grand façade, arched window, and opulent interiors.

Now, this once-lost gem is being transformed into a high-quality commercial building, offering an exceptional opportunity for retail, office, or hospitality leasing in the heart of the Geelong CBD.
