1970’s Avalon Theatre - the World Premier of Highway One.

2025 - And now, On Sat 1 Feb ‘25 6PM, Avalon Cinemas, there is a screening of Stephen Otton’s remastered Highway One. Same venue, nearly 50 years later!

Highway One is the absolute rarest of classics. This flawed but epic masterpiece captures everything about the hope, enthusiasm, spirit and joy that existed on the Northern Beaches and North Coast at the time. Includes some great surfing too!
