That’s the Groton Theatre in 1962 where you’ll see that the property has just gone from available and “for sale” to “sold.” It will be converted to office space. And almost was converted back to a mini-cinema in 1970 in a plan approved by the City Council. That plan faded when a twin mini-cinema opened in 1971 at the Groton Plaza Shopping Center.
