The small box office sat in the middle of this entrance ramp. Now as of Oct 2026 a ‘Round Table Pizza’ place. The lease owner cleaned up the inside from the former pizza restaurant added new bright LED lights and new floors ect. The old bathrooms are still left from the former Burl Theatre. I will be bringing them some of my old photos of the ‘Burl’ to put up inside. Many people have no idea this was a movie theatre from 1947 to the mid 1970’s as they added a second floor for offices. It would have been great that the owner Bob Z before he signed the new ‘Round Table’ lease If he removed the second floor and turned the place back into a live event and retro movie theatre again and served ‘Round Table Pizza’. Now will have to wait till a new owner takes over this former mountain movie theatre and the lease runs out.
