Garden Theater

The Garden Theater was located at 110 N. Vine Street in Arthur, Illinois. (Click the link below for a circa 1910 photo). Two previous addresses are given for this theater. They were 119 S. Vine Street and 129 S. Vine Street. The photo below is for the last address of 110 N. Vine Street. There are train tracks located next to the building in the photo. On a modern map, those tracks are listed as the Union Pacific railroad.

The text that accompanied the photo is as follows:

“Garden Theater 110 N. Vine Street just North of and in close proximity of the C & EI railroad tracks on east side of the street. Garden Theater was located in two other locations as well. (119 S. Vine and 129 S. Vine)”. Any further information on the Garden Theater would be appreciated.
