The Culpeper Drive-In opened in 1951 as the Pitts Drive-In. This drive-in had a capacity for approximately 300 cars. The name was changed to the Culpeper Drive-In in 1970. This drive-in closed around 1986.

This was listed in the 1963 motion picture almanac as the Pitts Culpeper Drive-In Theatre. Kind of covers all the bases.
