The Lee Theatre was part of the “Neighborhood of Virginia” chain. Address/house number re-alignment in the late 50s/ early 60s render the “Washington Street” (Falls Church) address as non-existent, the theatre site is now labeled as Lee Highway (Arlington County).

I learned through scanning BOXOFFICE that the Lee Theatre closed permanently on September 4, 1951.
