The Garden Theater was built in 1915. In 1927 it was equipped with a Barton 2 manual 6 ranks theatre organ. The Garden Theatre was closed in 1958. The building is now used for retail.

The Barton organ was removed from the theatre in the 1960’s and went to two residences and during the mid-1970’s was installed in a gift shop named The Mole Hole of Marshall, where it gets regular play time.

The Barton Theater Organ from this theater now resides inside a gift shop called The Mole Hole of Marshall, where it is played live during the year. 2017 marks the 40th year it has been working inside the store. Call 269-781-5923 for information.
