Not much known about the complete history behind this theatre, but heres some info from a book about Moosehead Lake. “The first movie theatre in Greenville was located in Shaw Block, 1920’s. The theatre was run by Petro Morris” Moosehead Lake Region, Images of America by Nathan D. Hamilton and Cynthia A. Thayer. p.g 120
The Moosehead Theatre was still operating in 1950.
