A 1985 view of the Fraser Theatre can be seen in the link below:

Fraser Theatre – 1985

Status should be set to Demolished. The Fraser was later torn down to make way for a bank, as the building seen beside the bank in the current Google street view is the same building seen beside the Fraser in the linked photo.

The Fraser was just several blocks from John Oliver Secondary School, a huge institution. The Fraser was a favorite hangout of the punks and bullies from John Oliver when I was the laughingstock of J.O. I had a girlfriend but couldn’t take her to the Fraser on our dates because the bad boys would hassle us as soon as they saw me. So we went out for dinner and movies in other neighborhoods where nobody knew me. LOL

There apparently was a second Fraser Theatre at this location, opened circa 1949 based on photos I just added, and one that already existed in the gallery. Intersection was the same in the description the photo had.
