The Lee Theatre was open in 1939. Seating was listed at 575 seats. It was operated by Pennsylvania Enterprises. The Lee Theatre was still open in 1955, but had closed by 1956. It has been demolished and the site is now a parking lot.

This theater did not close in the late 50’s. It was owned by my family, and I saw my first movie there in the early/mid 60’s. I saw Bambi. I am not sure it remained open much longer. My grandfather’s office was upstairs.
