This cinema opened on June 24th, 1970 with Donald Sutherland in “M.A.S.H.” & Robert Redford in “Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid”. It switched to an adult movies policy in late-1970 and was closed on September 3, 1991. It is still opened as an sex shop named Fairvilla Megastore.

July 24th, 1970 grand opening ad for it and the University Drive-In in the photo section. Adult policy started in late 1970.

The Fairvilla Cinema I & II was closed with an agreement with local law enforcement after screenings on September 3, 1991. The venue continued but without film screenings.
