The Morris Theatre is located in the Wharton district in South Philadelphia. It opened in Fall of 1913 for silent movies. The building has a red brick façade with a wide arch entry and the neighborhood is residential. It had closed by 1926 and was converted into retail use. Thanks to the late Irvin R. Glazer for the historic information. As of 2021, the current Google Street View shows the building is still there (use unknown).
