Hello JeffR, We certainly do know each other. I’m the one who Mr. Howard referred to as “that kid from Kettering”. I still have the “Magic” one-sheet and Lobby Card you gave me, but he thinks (thought) I ‘appropriated’. I hope all is well with you. Bowman78 (formerly southernlandthief)

I worked at Southtown from ‘82-84 under Jim Howard. Best boss I ever had! We showed ET for almost a year in theater 1, And we even had “Jesus” stop by one afternoon. good times a good memories.

Jim Howard managed this theater in the late 70’s.
Holding a crowd for the next show then getting them in their seats took less than fifteen minutes when the ropes went down, thanks to the long hallway that stretched from the lobby to the parking lot way out front.
Some good memories. Still have the original “Magic” one sheet from 1978 and “Maximum Overdrive” from 1986.
