Looks like status should be closed/demolished. it looks like the current occupant is a strip mall with video store, nail salon and so forth.

It’s a nice looking theater, but it may not belong on CT.
Have they ever shown movies at this venue?
I think all the Lit brothers stores closed at the same time. There was one in Atlantic City as well as the flagship store on Market Street.
