I remember playing “WAIT UNTIL DARK” for a week as a filler back in the late seventies,the trailer seemed as scary as the film.

It would play quality features then the next week book in the X -rated “MINX”.There was a Colonial Theatre there,wonder if it under went a name change?Also the city had a Drive-in too.

I wish he could tell us the THIRD drive-in there.Thanks Bob.I watched some videos on the two Drive-ins I shot years ago,I guess weeds have covered up the Woodzo unless a Walmart is there now.LOl.

The two Drive-in in the Late 50’s were; W.74 Drive-in and S.52 Drive-in both parked 200 cars.

Yes, your right “in Today’s motion picture world we would never Survive”.Seems like we did okay when I was working in one. For one thing in those days going to movies was still an event,it was fading somwwhat.but today it is like walking into a Bus Stop in Anytown,U.S.A.
