According to the 1985 Topographical Map, the Drive-In was located just west of the city approximately at 2427 5th Street NW (Google) is today. The entire area has been redeveloped and no trace of the drive-in exists.

Found it. The Drive-In is on the south side of the town at approximately 213 S. Orange Street (US Bus 71). It is on the north side of the track complex and you can still make out the entrance & exit and the ramps.

According to topographical maps, the drive-in was located, not surprisingly, at the junction of HWY 72 and Lincoln drive on the NE side of the town where the intersection forms a “Y”. Approximate address is 469 Madison Street (Google) which is the location of an old, abandoned Wal-Mart.
Finally found it. Topographical map from 1967 shows the location of the drive-in at intersection of Highway 65 and Liberty Road on the SW corner. Nothing left but the entrance and a very faint outline of the ramps.

In historic photos, Liberty Road appears to be the old HWY 2. So the name of the drive-in makes sense.
