The Fiesta Drive-In was located just east of the intersection of Highway 24 & Jazmine Trail on the SE part of the town. It was opened prior to 1955 when it was operated by Mid-Central Theatres.
The drive in has been demolished, but the general outline, ramps and projection booth/snack bar appears to still be standing.

Slight spelling correction, the address is Highway 24 & Jazmine Trail, Beloit, KS. Follow the Jazmine Trail less than a ½ mile to the east and you’ll see the remains of the drive-in on the south side. https://goo.gl/maps/xNMlU

Boxoffice, April 5, 1965: “Wendell Peck has purchased the Fiesta Drive-In and the Beloit Theatre at Beloit, Kas., from the Mid-Central Realty Co. Until the change the theatres were operated by the Commonwealth circuit.”
Larry Delaney was owner in 1981 and Joel Wiede was the owner in 1982.
