Campbelltown Event officially opened the first SCREEN X cinema in New South Wales 30th January 2024. In response to my query as to why the left and right wall images do not match the center screen quality, Event Cinemas advised on 2nd November 2025: “The side screens do have a different appearance. The movies are sent to an external company who edit, adding in the side screens to fit different size dimensions and layouts and send them back. As this feature is an add on post file production, there is always going to be differences to the standard screen.”
