  • <p>Wirrina Drive-In Walter Road W. and Collier Road, Morley, WA - 1961</p> <p>Photo - State Library of West Australia.</p> <p>The Wirrina drive Inn ~ This was built on the corner of Walter Rd, Collier Rd and Johnsmith St, by Metropolitan Cinemas Pty Ltd, a local company of which R. Yelland was a major figure, independent of both the major drive-in chains of the time - City Theatres and Ace Theatres - and opened on 24 March 1959.
