Sunn Classic Pictures was a distributor that would “Four Wall” each theater.
In normal distribution, theatres and distributors share box office money while four walling is renting each theater for a flat fee that would cover the theaters running cost while the distributor keeps all box office receipts. Theaters as usual, get all concessions.
