I don’t think the map location is correct for this theater. East Ln & Hall Road is just a residential area with no commercial buildings at all.
I’m not sure, but I think this theater was somewhere in Goldenrod, maybe near Hall Road and Aloma Avenue? Can’t remember as it was 40+ years ago.
I remember the theater had a section of seats roped off for smokers in the late 60’s/early 70’s. You could see them flicking their lighters all through the movie.
Does that marquee say that “Valley of the Giants” was playing? It was released in 1938, so that would fit the timeframe.

It’s now a “Friendly Confines” sports bar, and the address has been changed, 3088 Aloma Avenue.
