This quad opened on December 22, 1972 on 10 Mile Road near Grand River Avenue in Farmington. It could seat a total of 1,000 in its four auditoriums. The Farmington 4 didn’t have a long career, since it was destroyed in a January 16, 1977 fire.
An office building is located on the site today.

The theatre was gutted and remodeled into medical suites. The fire was suspicious in origin, and was thought to have something to do with the labor situation in the booth.
Actual opening date is December 22, 1972, destroyed by a fire on January 16, 1977.
