The Dream Drive-In closed as an adult drive-in on July 14, 1985, but reopened for one season in 1988 screening Spanish films.

The concession stand/projection booth appears to still be intact. At least from an August, 2014 Google street view.

I remembered seeing that old drive-in theater/Roller Rink back then when I pass it on the way to the beach and back home.
