Cobb Theatres opened the Frayser 3 Theatre on April 23, 1971. It was among the first multiplex cinemas in Memphis. The cinema was closed on November 22, 1987.

This is the first cinema in the state for Cobb theatre, which opened the Frayser 3 Theatres on April 23rd, 1971. Grand opening ad posted.
