Granada Theatre

The Paramount Theatre opened in January 1917 with seating for 493. It became the Rex Theatre on 6th January 1923. On March 9, 1934 it was renamed Granada Theatre and was owned and operated by Mr. Lawrence Jones. By 1950 it was operated by the Liberty Theater Corp. who operated foyr theatres in Lewiston. The theatre closed in July 1961 and has since been demolished for a bank parking lot.
