The driving range that occupies the south field closed sometime after September 2017. By September 2022 the driving range was overgrown. It has now been torn down and the field is empty.
The north field is completely overgrown with trees. Although there is a rather curious parking lot that occupies a good size section of the property. Unless the restaurant, which has its own parking area, has a far larger capacity than its building size indicates, then I have no idea what the parking lot serves.
This is a very unique twin-screen drive-in! One name and one ownership with two drive-in theaters located on both sides of McDowell Lane.
A more accurate address for this theater is 223 McDowell Ln, McMurray, PA 15363, the location of the original drive in. This WAS the address for Northway’s Golf Oasis. Unfortunately that has now closed permanently too.
The second one across the highway still has some ramps visible and the concession stand foundation is still there. A parking lot for the restaurant across from this drive in is taking up part of the lot.
Please update.
Grand opening night feature was “The Bank Dick” starring W.C. Fields. Features on the final night were “Jaws IV—The Revenge”, “Innerspace”, “Full Metal Jacket”, and “Police Academy 4—Citizens On Patrol”
Screen two opened on June 5,1958 across the road.

Great photo! I stumbled upon that website a few days ago and couldn’t believe all the great photos of Pittsburgh theaters and drive-ins I came across. There’s bound to be more added; I certainly hope so.
Thanks for posting this, LM!
Opened as Lakevue Drive-In on August 30, 1950. It was renamed Mt. Lebanon/Lakevue the following year, then finally Mt. Lebanon. Final night of operation was August 2, 1987.
