Address is wrong. The correct address was 115-117 S Broadway, although the street was known as Lawrence Ave until sometime between 1914 and 1935. This was replaced by the Innes Dry Goods Co. store building in 1927, which remains today.

Carl Boller & Bro., Architects, ran an ad in the January 16, 1916 issue of The Wichita Daily Eagle saying that the firm had designed the Princess and Crawford Theatres as well as the new Palace Theatre, which was opening the following day.

The Princess Theater closed in 1926 and was demolished in 1927 to make room for the new Innes Department Store (now the Joan Finney State Office Building).
