The Palm Coast Showcase was opened around September 1988. It was renamed Picture Show III in December 1998. It was closed in June 2010.

Locals talk about the theatre.
This theatre has been closed for years. When the new multiplex operated by Epic Theatres was getting ready to be opened in June 2010, this theatre closed down. The building has since been repurposed.
This opened as the Palm Coast Showcase around September 1988, and was renamed the Picture Show III in December 1998.
