It’s hard to tell how old the building is that is presently there.

Looking in the Norwalk assessor’s database, there is no building listed at 60 Wall St. There is 48 Wall St. and 64 Wall St. Both were built in the 1920’s, so I would say that this theater is demolished.

On June 12th, 1911, the curtains rose at the Pleasant Hour Theatre, promising an evening of enchantment. However, fate had other plans. Midway through the opening performance, the theater plunged into darkness—a blackout that ignited a fresh wave of panic among the audience. Newspaper article and grand opening ad posted.
