Once operated by Florida State Theatres, later ABC Florida State Theatres, later Plitt Theatres, and last operated independently.
On February 20, 1981, the Daytona Theatre was renamed the Daytona Pitcher Show after a few menu upgrades. This didn’t last long, and the theater closed on September 11, 1986 with “Manhunter”.
Opened with Betty Davis in “The Great Lie” (unknown if extras added).
Now permanently closed.
Closed September 11th, 1986, as the management moved to the old Halifax Twin cinemas.
This became the Daytona Pitcher Show on February 21st, 1981. Ad posted.

This opened on May 22nd, 1941. The grand opening ad has been posted here.
