Opened on June 30, 1995 as the Value Cinemas Brookfield with 8-screens. Marcus Theatres took over this theatre in 1996 and it was renamed Tower 8 Cinemas in April 2000. They continued to operate the Tower 8 Cinemas until closing on April 15, 2002.
After closing Marcus remodeled the building and leased it to the University of Phoenix for classrooms and offices. By 2022 it had been converted into a fitness center.

This was opened as Value Cinemas- Brookfield and renamed Tower Cinemas in April of 2000. It also had eight cinemas.

Now the location of the Wisconsin Athletic Club. Function should be fitness center.
