Located in the Field Shopping Center. Opened as the Jerry Lewis Cinema on October 30, 1972. In April 1973 it was renamed Morton Cinema. On July 3, 1981 it went over to screening X-Rated moves followed by XXX Rated movies which saw it quickly closed down. In the 1980’s it was twinned by Kerasotes Theatres and was later increased to five screens. By 2019 it was operated by VIP Cinemas.

This theater is operated by the VIP Cinemas chain.
It opened on October 30th, 1972, as the Jerry Lewis Cinema. Grand opening ad posted. After the failure of the Jerry Lewis chain, it was renamed the Morton Cinema in April 1973.

On July 3, 1981, Charles Thomas of the Del-Van Theatre acquired the lease. The Morton Cinema became an X-rated location by the Morton Cinema Corp. The venue’s X-rated and, finally, its unrated “XXX” got it kicked out of the Field Shopping Center in March of 1983.
