Cinema Abbia

Cameroon’s best run cinema - at least at the beginning of the 1990’s. Huge hall with balcony, reasonable projection and tone, showing French and French-dubbed US films rather early, in parallel to their release in France.

The Cinema Abbia was closed in May 2009, a victim of pirate DVD’s.
