Opened with previews on September 30th, 1987 (along with the mall’s opening) and officially on October 9th. Storey Lakeshore 4 opening 09 Oct 1987, Fri The Times (Gainesville, Georgia) Newspapers.com

The theater was demolished in 2014 and is now the site of a Dick’s Sporting Goods. The address is 150 Pearl Nix Parkway, Gainesville, GA 30501

What is the address or what is the name of the mall?

Georgia Theatre Company took over in 1998.
