This theatre was closed on November 20,2025. An effort is underway to save the theatre, https://www.facebook.com/share/16bvbNHuRg/. The chain now has one theatre left Mankato 4.
I remember doing PM work at this theater’s projectors back in the 90’s. This was back when Carmike owned it. I was talking to the manager in the lobby and he suddenly made a wide circle around a newly installed patch of carpet. I asked him about it and he said, quite matter-of-factly, “That’s where the previous manager got shot.”
Nice looking theatre for Cordele,Georgia at lest one can escape the gnats in the Summer there in a nice theatre,Maybe Spotlight theatres will keep it up compared to a lot of Carmike Locations I have seen in Smaller towns.Thanks Joe for getting it on and CWalczak for the picture.
