Opened in 1948, the Koga Theater was located in the rural town of Waialua on Oahu, in the North Shore just outside of Hale'iwa. Opened to support the local plantation town, the theater showed Japanese and other films. It was later converted to retail/office use. The building was listed for sale in 2023 for $2.5 million and has since been converted to additional retail.
