The Lyric Theatre was in operation from 1915 thru 1925. It was operated by H.B. Varner and was more than likely a nickelodeon style theatre. Mr. Varner was also involved in the Young’s Theatre.
The building at this address today looks old enough to have been the Lyric Theatre from the Google street view map. It is now the Magnolia Antiques and Gifts.

November 25th, 1914 grand opening ad uploaded here.
The address for the Lyric Theater should be 107 S. Main, Lexington, NC. The stairs that would have led to the balcony are easily seen and the entry where the box office would have been are identifiable.
