Gone by the early-1980s, as a 1984 aerial view shows tiny homes and several businesses.

I believe I found it.

The address is 2435 Norwood St SW, Lenoir, NC. Aerial photos from 1951 and 1966 show a drive-in at that location.

Today, it is the home of Keens Towing & Recovery. There is no trace of the drive-in remaining.
