Currently, they have finished renovating Theaters 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, & 12. Theater 4 now seats 198, theaters 7, 8, & 12 now seat 90, and theaters 9, 10, & 11 now seat 47.

Please rename theatre to Regal Westfork as per website and Theatre 6 is 35 seats (not 46). Also, this theatre replace the old UA The Movies at Pembroke Pines.

This theater seems to have been planned as a 19-screen location that was reduced to 13 screens midway through construction, presumably to avoid the risk of overscreening the area since the colossal Paradise 24 isn’t too far away.

Aerial views from the first few years this theater was open show an incomplete 6-screen wing in the northwest corner.
